29 oz. can of pure pumpkin
12 oz. carnation evaporated milk
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2T. Brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Ground cinnamon
1 tsp. Ground ginger
1/2 tsp. Ground cloves
11/2 Cup uncooked oatmeal
Mix dry ingredients in medium bowl
beat eggs in large bowl stir in pumpkin and dry ingredients, gradually stir in milk.
lightly spray oil 2 pie pans or 13×9 pan.
Pour into pans or pan.
Bake preheated oven 425 F oven for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 350 F bake 35-45 minutes. Cool for 2 hours, refrigerate leftovers.
